The Griffins hosted Wheeling Jesuit University in the McKenna Center Saturday night, both teams supporting the Wounded Warrior Project. The McKenna Center was energetic with an exciting match between the Griffins and the Cardinals. Despite well fought matches early, the Griffins dropped a 24-19 decision with 4 individual wins and 2 pins. Seton Hill Griffins overall record will now fall to 3-11.
 
Andrew Schutz won by decision 9-5 in the 133 lb weight class over Scott Lopez (WJU). AJ Fisher won by major decision over Damon Outward (WJU) 11-1 in the 141 lb weight class. Kevin Laubach pinned Jonathan Barrett (WJU) at 2:18 in the 149 lb weight class. Zach Voytek pined John Gershom (WJU) at 2:41 in the 157 lb weight class.

The Griffins will return to action tomorrow, Sunday, February 2^nd, at 2PM in the McKenna Center as they host East Stroudsburg University.  Come out and show your Seton Hill pride and support the Griffins wrestling program.
