At Seton Hill, we value our student-athletes and understand they face unique pressures and challenges. We have made mental health and well-being a priority and believe it is just as important as physical health. Our university is committed to bringing awareness, education and a positive culture around mental health in the athletic community.
-
We aim to provide accessible support to maintain and/or improve the quality of life of our student-athletes.
-
Seton Hill is a partner with The Zone for Wellness, a personalized mental performance and wellness system created specifically for college athletes.
