On Wednesday night Seton Hill hosted the Raiders of Shippensburg University. The Griffins were defeated at home with a score of 33-11.
 
The Raiders started off strong with a 4-3 decision win in the 125-weight class and two falls in the 133 and 141 weight classes to take a commanding 15-0 lead over the Griffins.  Nick Nichols put Seton Hill on the scoreboard with a major decision win 14-4 to make it a 15-4 match. Shippensburg won by a 2-0-decision in the 157-weight class and a fall during the 165-weight class extended the Raiders advantage 24-4. In the 174-weight class Brett Smith won with a 5-3 decision. Followed by a Zach Benzio major decision victory 13-3 to make it a 24-11 contest. A forfeit in the 197-weight class and a 7-2-decision defeat in the heavyweight class rounded out the night as the Raiders defeated the Griffins 33-11.  With the loss the Griffins record now stands at 4-3.
