The Seton Hill University track & field teams head to Bloomsburg this weekend for competition in the 2017 PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships being contested Thursday, Friday and Saturday from the Robert B. Redman Stadium. The PSAC has set up a

Ticket prices are set by the PSAC per day at $10 for adults and $5 for students. An all session pass is available for $15 and $7 for students. All students from PSAC institutions are admitted free with valid ID.
Thursday's competition begins at 11 a.m. with the decathlon -- the 10K will be run at 8:45 p.m. On Friday, the decathlon resumes competition at 10 a.m., while the first non-multis events of the day bring the hammer throw, shot put, high jump and the long jump at noon. On Saturday, the discus, pole vault, javelin and triple jump begin the day at 11 a.m.
21 Griffin women and 13 Griffin men have qualified for the event. Leading the way on the women's side is
Ameriah Walters who has posted the fastest time in the 200 meter dash (24.85) in the PSAC this season.
Angela McCowin has the second most points in the heptathlon this season with 4,244.
Jonteal Hasty is third in the high jump with a mark of 1.65m. The Griffins have four fourth best marks heading into the championships.
Gabrielle Ravotto is fourth in the 200 meter dash (25.17). The others are
Sarah Taylor in the 10 K (37:14.64),
Nichelle McMillan in the triple jump (12.12m) and
Lexi Stevenson in the shot put (13.86m). Ravotto is fifth in the 100 meter dash (12.15) while McCowin is fifth in the 100 hurdles (14.73). McMillan is also sixth in the long jump (5.83m). The women's 4x800 meter relay has the third fastest time (10:08.07), the 4x400 meter relay team has the sixth fastest time (3:54.51) and the 4x100 meter relay team has the eighth fastest time (48.64).
Patrick O'Connor leads the way on the men's side as he is second heading into the championships in the high jump with a mark of 2.10 meters.
Dontay Jacobs is fifth in the 400 meter dash in a time of 48.39. The Griffins have four seventh best marks so far in the PSAC this season. They include
John Orlando in the 400 (49.21),
Bobby Gould in the long jump (6.68m) and
Paul Sturm in the shot put (13.97m) and discus (45.98).
Dominic Frisina has the eighth best time in the 400 (49.51). The men's 4x400 meter relay has the seventh fastest time (3:21.81) and the 4x100 meter relay team has the eighth fastest time (42.61).
