Box Score 2 Seton Hill hosted Pitt Johnstown on Sunday afternoon in a PSAC West doubleheader to close out their four game set. SHU took game one by a 7-1 score. The Griffins completed the sweep with a 12-1 win in game two. SHU is now 19-4 overall and 7-1 in PSAC West action.
SHU scored twice in the bottom of the second to take a 2-0 lead.
Zac Heide singled in
Chris Miller.
Taylor Schmidt then doubled in Heide to make the score 2-0.
Anthony Fanelli drove in
Pat McCarthy in the third to increase the lead to 3-0.
Nick Sell then drove a pitch to deep left center field to increase the SHU lead to 5-0. Miller then scored on a passed ball to increase the lead to 6-0. UPJ got a run back in the fifth and SHU got that run back in the fifth to push the lead to 7-1.
Jordan Fuller went the distance to earn his fourth win of the season. He gave up 7 hits and struck out 5.

Pat McCarthy each had two hits in the win.
Seton Hill scored single runs in the first two innings to take a 2-0 lead.
Chris Miller drove in the first run and
Garret Vrbanic added an RBI in the second inning. Miller hit a two run homer in the third to increase the lead to 4-0. The Griffins scored 5 more runs in the bottom of the fourth.
Pat McCarthy tripled in a run and Miller added an RBI double in the inning.
Nick Sell hit his second home run of the day, a three run shot in the sixth of game two.
Zach Martinelli earned the win to improve to 3-0 on the season. He pitched 5 shutout innings.

SHU will take on Point Park in a non conference single 9 inning contest on Wednesday afternoon in Greentree.
