The Griffins made the long drive to Kutztown, PA for a PSAC matchup with the Golden Bears on Wednesday afternoon.  Kutztown jumped on the Griffins for four first half goals.  Seton Hill responded with two goals in the second half but it was not enough as Kutztown defeated the Griffins by a 4-2 score.  The loss drops the Griffins to 0-3 overall and 0-3 in PSAC play.

Kutztown took a quick 1-0 lead less than three minutes into the first half.  The Golden Bears extended their lead to 2-0 less than ten minutes later on a deflection goal.  Two minutes later Kutztown made it 3-0 with another goal.  The Bears made it 4-0 with 12 minutes to play in the first half.  The Griffins got on the scoreboard 1:17 into the second half when Dominique Cappello flicked a shot over the keeper.  Molly Childress assisted on the goal.  Alesha Herman cut the lead to 4-2 with a goal with less than nine minutes to play in the contest.  Alexandra Piekarz recorded 6 saves in the cage.

The Griffins will look for win number one when they host East Stroudsburg on Saturday afternoon at noon.
