Box Score The Seton Hill field hockey team was on the road Saturday as the faced the Huskies of Bloomsburg University. Bloomsburg was too much for the Griffins to handle as the Huskies defeated the Griffins by the score of 4-0.
 
The Huskies got out of the gates early as they found the net only eight minutes into the first half. Bloomsburg scored again 12 minutes later to take a 2-0 advantage over the Griffins at the 22:46 mark. Seton Hill entered halftime trailing by two.
 
In the second half both teams went some time without scoring until the Huskies scored at the 40:30 mark advancing the lead 3-0. The Huskies scored one more goal before the final whistle blew defeating the Griffins 4-0.
 
The Griffins offense was not a factor in the game as they were out shot by Bloomsburg 24-7, only putting 2 of the shots on goal. Autumn Reid recorded 3 saves in goal for Seton Hill. With the loss the Griffins fall to 2-1 overall. The Griffins are scheduled to play Mercyhurst University next on the road at 4:00PM on September 11^th.
