Winless Season Ends with 58-2 Loss at Glenville State

Box Score Seton Hill wrapped up its regular season with a road matchup at Glenville State.  The Griffins fell by a 58-2 score to finish up a winless season.  SHU falls to 0-11 overall and 0-8 in the WVIAC.
 
Glenville State took a 7-0 lead on their second play from scrimmage with an 86 yard TD run.  The Pioneers took a 14-0 lead on a 75 yard interception return with 6:36 to play in the first half.  Two more GSC touchdown runs extended the Pioneer lead to 27-0.  Josh Falatovich blocked the last extra point attempt and Johnathon Feagin returned the kick back for two points and SHU trailed 27-2 at the halftime break.  SHU had three drives into GSC territory but two missed field goals and a turnover on downs ended the threats. 
 
Glenville State continued to extend their lead in the second half.  Glenville scored on their first two possessions of the half, including a 97 yard run to extend the lead to 41-2 with 10:03 left in the second.  Glenville continued to pile the points on with another TD after a Griffin interception and led 48-2 with 4:24 left in the third.  Another Griffin turnover led to another GSC touchdown and Glenville extended its lead to 55-2 late in the third quarter.
 
Andrew Jackson was 16-46 for 188 yards.  Tavin Davis rushed for 90 yards.  DJ Carter finished with 9 receptions for 100 yards. Tyler Zimmer, Josh Falatovich and Xavier Perez-Coley each had 7 tackles.
