Seton Hill traveled to Pittsburgh for a G-MAC matchup with Point Park on Wednesday evening under the lights at Highmark Stadium.
The Griffins scored 18 straight goals after an early exchange of goals in a 23-4 victory over the Pioneers. SHU improves to 10-2 overall and 7-0 in conference play.
The teams exchanged goals over the first six minutes of the contest with the score being tied at two.
Nate Herbster and
Austin Day has the first two goals for the Griffins.
Michael Coleman scored with 4:28 left to put the Griffins in front 3-2. Less than a minute later, the Pioneers scored to tie the contest at three. Seton Hill closed out the quarter with five goals in 1:26 to take a 7-3 lead. Herbster,

Carter Green and
Taden Minichillo scored for the Griffins.
SHU outscored the Pioneers 6-0 in the second quarter. Herbster and
Landon Danes each scored a pair with
Carter Li and Hannigan adding single goals.
The Griffins also outscored the Pioneers 6-0 in the third quarter. Coleman scored a pair in the quarter with Green, Granberg,
Andrew Mathieu and
Noah Radle each scoring once.
Radle, Danes and Mathieu scored single goals in the fourth.
Herbster led SHU with 4 goals and an assist. Danes scored three times and added two assiss. Coleman added three goals and an assist. Hannigan finished with 2 goals and 2 assists.
Will Cody recorded 7 saves.
SHU will continue G-MAC play on Sunday afternoon when they host Northwood.
