Seton Hill continued Great Midwest Athletic Conference play as they hosted Malone on Saturday afternoon in Greensburg,
The Griffins jumped out to a 17-0 halftime lead as they crushed another G-MAC opponent, this one Malone by a 29-2 score. SHU is now 10-1 overall and 5-0 in G-MAC play. Malone falls to 5-8 overall and 3-4 in the G-MAC.
It took the Griffin offense a little while to get going but once they did it was goal after goal.Â
Colin Socker opened the scoring a little over five minutes into the contest. SHU then scored four goals in just over two minutes as they built a 5-0 lead with 6:07 to play.Â
Carter Green,
Braedan Lockyer,
Wade Brunelle and
Michael Coleman scored the SHU goals. The Griffins then scored four more in less than a two minute span as they took a 9-0 lead with 2:31 left in the quarter.Â
Kaden Granberg, Brunelle, Lockyer and Green scored the Griffin goals. Â
Nate Herbster and Coleman scored just a minute apart to open the second quarter scoring as SHU took an 11-0 lead with 13:16 left. Granberg and
Gavin Erickson scored as the Griffins took a 13-0 lead midway through the second quarter.  SHU then scored four times in 1:22 as they took a 17-0 lead at the half.Â

Carter Li and Granberg scored the Griffin goals. Â
Coleman and Erickson scored as the Griffins built a 19-0 lead early in the third quarter. Malone finally got on the scoreboard with 7:43 left in the quarter. SHU then ran off five goals in a little over a three minute span.Â

Tyson Swigart scored for the Griffins in the fourth quarter. Â
The shots in the game finished with SHU with 88 and Malone with 22. Shots on goal were 51-9 in favor of the Griffins. Â
Lockyer led SHU with six points on 2 goals and 4 assists. Coleman and Granberg each had 3 goals and an assist. Brunelle finished with 2 goals and 2 assists.Â
Will Cody made 4 saves in net.Â
