Men's Lacrosse with Another G-MAC Blowout

Seton Hill continued their G-MAC road trip with a matchup with Northwood on Saturday afternoon in Midland, MI.  

SHU took a 10-0 lead after one quarter and cruised to a 26-5 victory over Northwood.  SHU is now 12-1 overall and 7-0 in the league.  

The Griffins scored all ten goals of the first quarter as they built a 10-0 lead over the Timberwolves.  Kaden Granberg scored the opening goal of the contest.  Braedan Lockyer then followed with the next four goals as SHU led 5-0 with 5:47 left in the quarter.  Carter Green scored a pair over the final 5:38 with Gavin Erickson, Riley Grudi and Mark Strunk adding single goals as SHU took a 10 goal lead.  

SHU then scored the first six goals of the second quarter as they took a 16-0 lead with 6:27 left.  Lockyer, Nate Herbster, Cullen Kerchner, Carter Li, Michael Coleman and Granberg scored as the Griffins built a 16 goal lead.  Coleman and Connor Zostant scored to answer Northwood goals as the Griffins led 18-2 at the halftime break.  

The Griffins then scored five times in the first four minutes of the third quarter.  John Rebaudo IV scored a pair, Zostant, Brunelle and Herbster each scored a goal as SHU led 23-2 with 10:46 left in the third.  Li and Colin Socker scored the final two goals for SHU as the Griffins led 25-3 after three quarters of play.  

Gavin Erickson scored the lone goal of the fourth quarter for the Griffins.  

Lockyer led the offense with five goals and an assist.  Green added two goals and six assists in the win.  Brunelle added three goals and an assist.  Li and Granberg added a pair and an assist

SHU will host Frostburg State on Wednesday afternoon.
