Seton Hill hosted Thomas More on Saturday afternoon in a G-MAC contest at DSG Field.
The Griffins dominated the Saints from the opening draw as they defeated Thomas More by the score of 29-4. SHU is now 5-1 overall and 2-0 in G-MAC play.
SHU scored four goals in the first five minutes of the contest as they built an early 4-0 lead.
Braedan Lockyer scored two of the first four goals.
Wade Brunelle and
Andrew Mathieu added the other two. After a Saint goal, SHU answered back with five straight to take a 9-1 lead.
Nate Herbster, Fagan,
Carter Green,
Riley Grudi and
Carter Li scored for the Griffins.
The second quarter was all Seton Hill as they outscored the Saints 9-0. Green and Herbster each scored a pair of goals.
Aidan Brunetti, Brunelle,
Cullen Green,
Ayden Naranjo and Mathieu scored the others for the Griffins.
The Griffins got six goals in the third from six different people. Li,
Benjamin Rohan,
Eliot Schratz, Naranjo,
Connor Zostant and
Colin Socker each scored for SHU.
John Rebaudo IV opened the scoring in the fourth for the Griffins. Li added a pair and
Liam Bergan and
Noah Radle added the other two.
SHU outshot the Saints 69-17. The Griffins won 25 faceoffs.
Li led the Griffins with four goals. Lockyer, Green, and Herbster each scored three goals. Brunelle, Naranjo and Mattieu each added two.
SHU will host Wheeling on Tuesday afternoon in another G-MAC contest.
