Seton Hill made the trip across I-70 to Indianapolis for a matchup with #8 UIndy on Saturday afternoon.  

The Greyhounds scored with 2:56 to play in the first overtime period for a 10-0 victory over the Griffins.  SHU falls to 3-1 while UIndy is now 6-1.  

The teams exchanged goals over the first twelve minutes of the contest as Kaden Granberg and Carter Green scored for the Griffins as the game was tied at two.  Connor Zostant and Nate Herbster scored in the final minute of the quarter to give SHU a 4-2 lead.  

Peyton Gensler opened the second quarter scoring as the Griffins built their lead to 5-2 with 11:40 to play.  Two straight from UIndy trimmed the lead to 5-4 but Granberg scored his second to give SHU a 6-4 halftime lead.  

The Greyhounds scored the only three goals of the third quarter as they took a 7-6 lead.  

Gensler and Green scored in the first three minutes of the fourth quarter as SHU retook the lead 8-7.  UIndy tied it with 9:49 to play and the Griffins retook the lead on a Herbster goal with 5:31 to play.  The Greyhounds tied the score at nine with 3:45 to play.

UIndy won the game with a goal with 2:56 to play in the first overtime period.  

Herbster, Gensler, Green and Granberg each scored twice.  Zostant added a goal and three assists.  Will Cody made 15 saves.

SHU will host Mercy next Sunday afternoon.
