FAIRMONT, WV. - The Seton Hill University women's basketball team dropped an 81-73 decision at the hands of Concord (WV) on Day 2 of the 2018 MEC/PSAC Challange hosted by Fairmont State University.

• Seton Hill is now 1-1 on the year.
• Megan Marecic and Cheyenne Trest paced Seton Hill with 18 and 11 points apiece marking the second game in a row that the two have led the Griffins in scoring.
• Hannah Laslo pulled down 13 rebounds.
• SHU outscored Concord, 26-3, in Points off Turnovers, and the bench outpaced their counterpart by a 25-16 margin.

• Seton Hill held a narrow 19-18 lead in the first quarter, but trailed by 40-38 at the half. Concord was able to limit the Seton Hill offense to just 11 points in the third quarter while netting 22 of their own to take a commanding 62-49 lead into the final frame. Seton Hill would outscore Concord, 24-19, in the fourth, but it wasn't enough as the Mountain Lions came away with the 81-73 victory.

• Seton Hill will take most of this week off before traveling to Canton, Ohio on Saturday, November 17th to take on Malone University. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:00 PM.
