CLARION, Pa. - The Seton Hill University volleyball team fell to Clarion University (25-21, 28-30, 17-15, 13-25) in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference volleyball action Saturday afternoon in Clarion, Pa.
The loss drops Seton Hill to 15-8 (7-4 PSAC), while Clarion improves to 13-10 (7-4 PSAC).
Jenna Sassack and
Cassie Hausfeld led the SHU offense with 10 kills apiece.
Rachel Satira came away with nine kills.
Maggie Murray had 24 assists on the day, while
Mary Baich had a game-high 24 digs in the match.
Clarion was led by Taylor Braunagel's 16 kills. Leah Vensel had a match-high 55 assists, while Catherine Ferragonio had 22 digs for the Golden Eagles.
Seton Hill returns to action on Tuesday when they travel to Fairmont, WV to take on formal WVIAC foe Fairmont State University (Mountain East). That match is set for 7:00 PM.
