The Griffin wrestlers made the trip to Johnstown to take on the #18 ranked Pitt Johnstown Mountain Cats.  Seton Hill won four of the 10 matches and fell by a 26-12 score.  SHU falls to 5-3 overall and 2-3 in PSAC matches.
 
Pitt Johnstown won the first three matches of the evening to take a 13-0 lead. Ty Lydic got the Griffins on the scoreboard with a 3-1 overtime victory in the 149 pound match that cut the UPJ lead to 13-3.  Zach Voytek also picked up a decision victory by a 9-3 score at 157 pounds that trimmed the lead to 13-6.  Ryan Walters continued the Griffins winning streak with a 9-5 decision win at 165 pounds and SHU trailed 13-9.  UPJ took the next two matches to increase their lead to 20-9.  Morris Lawson then picked up an overtime 7-6 victory in the 197 pound match to cut the UPJ lead to 20-12. 
 
The Griffins will take a week off before returning to action at the East Coast Duals at Tiffin University on January 30^th-31^st.
