Coach Hand enters his second year as a member of the Seton Hill coaching staff in 2024-2025.
Jackson will work with the Seton Hill offensive unit and also is responsible for overseeing the substitution box on game days. Â
In his first season on the Hill, the Griffins advanced to their seventh straight G-MAC title game and finished the season with an 11-6 record.  Â
Coach Hand is an active player and coach in the lacrosse community. He has had coaching opportunities in field and box lacrosse with Team Maryland, Iron City Lacrosse, and Orangeville.Â
Following an outstanding playing career at Hood College Jackson was signed to the Trenton Terror of the Professional Box Lacrosse Association (PBLA).  At Hood Jackson was selected to serve the team as a captain his senior year. On the field Coach Hand played mostly attack, finishing his career with 36 goals and 8 assists which ranks him seventh all time in points per game at Hood College.
Jackson currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and is pursuing a Masters degree in Business Analytics.Â
