Clarion scored a pair of unearned runs in the top of the first inning of game two to take a quick 2-0 lead over the Griffins.  It did not take the Griffins long to respond as they tied the score at two just three batters in.  Dejidas walked and Wittig reached on a fielders choice.  Telegdy followed with a bomb over the scoreboard in left field to tie the score at two.  Anna Kalkowski was hit by a pitch and Lacey Lynn followed with a triple to right center that gave the Griffins a 3-2 lead.  Gabby Jaquay was hit by a pitch and Juliette Vybiral walked. Moors then cleared the bases with a liner over the left fielders head that gave SHU a 6-2 lead.  Dejidas followed with an RBI single and Wittig scored Dejidas with an RBI triple to increase the lead to 8-2.  Telegdy followed with an RBI single to make it 9-2.  Taylor Schmitt singled and Kalkowski followed with a three run bomb off the scoreboard to make it 12-2.  Lynn followed with another bomb to left as the Griffins went back to back.

The Griffins added on in the second.  Moors singled to lead off the inning.  Wittig reached on a fielders choice and scored when Telegdy doubled to left center.  Telegdy scored on a single from Schmitt and the Griffins led 15-2.

Clarion battled back and scored five times in the third to trim the SHU lead to 15-7.  Gabby Dusendschine added an RBI single in the fourth to increase the lead to 17-8.  The Golden Eagles scored three times in the top of the fifth to cut the lead to 17-11.  In the fifth, Wittig doubled and the game ended when Telegdy homered to left center field.
