The Griffins continued PSAC Crossover action with a matchup at Bloomsburg on Sunday afternoon.
SHU led by 21 points at the halftime break and cruised to a 104-70 victory over the Huskies. SHU is now 10-2 overall and 4-0 in the PSAC. Â
Seton Hill took an early 9-2 lead less than three minutes into the contest behind four points from
Edir Ortiz. The Huskies responded with three straight three pointers to take an 11-9 lead. Six points from
Camden Brewer in a 22 second span gave the Griffins the lead back at 20-14 with 12:38 left in the half. Back to back threes from Ortiz and
Rashaad Williams pushed the lead to ten at the midway point of the half. The Huskies cut the lead to 31-28 with 7:29 to play. The Griffins then went on a 16-0 run over a four minute stretch as they took a 47-28 lead with 3:12 to play. The Griffins led 52-31 at the halftime break. Â
Kedrick Curtis scored the first four points of the second half as the Griffins increased their lead to 56-31. The Griffins were able to push their lead to thirty points at the midpoint of the half. Â
The Griffins shot 58% from the floor in the win while holding Bloomsburg to just 44%. The Griffins had 40 rebounds to just 16 for the Huskies. Â
Ortiz led the Griffins with 18 points. Curtis, Brewer and Williams each added 15 points.Â
Dimitrios Sklavenitis added 12 points. Â
SHU will host Kutztown on January 2nd in another PSAC Crossover matchup.  Â
