Seton Hill began PSAC West play with a contest on the road at Indiana (PA) on Tuesday evening.

IUP won the first two sets but the Griffins responded by winning the next three sets for a reverse sweep of the Crimson Hawks. SHU is now 11-1 overall and 1-0 in the west. IUP falls to 10-4 overall and 0-1 in the west.Â

SHU used a 6-0 run midway through the first set to take a 15-14 lead. No team would lead by more than two points the rest of the set until the Crimson Hawks scored the final three points of the set for a 26-24 first set win. Â

IUP controlled the second set from start to finish as they took a 2-0 lead over the Griffins with a 25-15 second set win. The Griffins scored the final four points of the third set to cut the IUP lead to 2-1 in the match with a 26-24 third set win.Â

Seton Hill ended the fourth set on an 8-2 run to even the match at two sets a piece with a 25-18 fourth set win. SHU jumped out to a 6-1 lead in the fifth set and defeated the Crimson Hawks 15-12 in the fifth to win the match.Â

Paige Cole led the Griffins with 18 kills.Â
Payton Rodberg added 10 kills.Â
Abby Oesterling led the Griffins with 31 assists.Â
Emma Meurer finished with seven blocks.Â
Kendyl Wagner added 21 digs.Â
Ella Deeter finished with 16 and Cole added 15.Â
