The Seton Hill women's lacrosse team ended their regular season with a home PSAC West contest with IUP on Wednesday afternoon.

Seton Hill jumped out to a 6-1 lead after the first quarter and never trailed in a 17-13 win over the Crimson Hawks.  SHU finishes the regular season with a 13-4 record and a 11-1 mark in PSAC West play.  That is good for another PSAC Western Division title.

Just over four minutes into the contest, Piper Conlan got the Griffins on the scoreboard.  That was the first of five straight for the Griffins as they built a 5-0 lead with 4:47 to play in the quarter.  Skylar Orlowski scored the next two before Grace Agnello and Conlan scored the final two.  IUP got one at the 1:54 mark but Conlan just beat the quarter buzzer to give SHU a 6-1 lead.

IUP opened the second quarter scoring before the Griffins scored three in four minutes.  Ruby DePalma, Mya Hibsman and Orlowski scored as SHU led 9-2 with 9:18 to play.  IUP scored the next three before Agnello scored with 2:28 to play before the half as SHU led 10-5 at the half.

Conlan and Agnello scored in the first three minutes of the third quarter to extend the lead to 12-5.  The Crimson Hawks then scored five of the next six goals to cut the lead to 13-10 after three.

The teams just exchanged goals throughout the fourth quarter.  Orlowski scored the first SHU goal of the quarter.  Ella Wroblewski scored one and Amara Forsyth scored one before Orlowski scored the final one of the contest.
