Seton Hill closed out their regular season with a matchup with #4 Gannon on Saturday afternoon in Greensburg.
Gannon led for most of the contest as they defeated the Griffins 80-62. SHU falls to 14-14 overall and 11-11 in the PSAC. Gannon is 29-2 overall and 21-1 in the PSAC.
The Griffins jumped out to a 6-0 lead in the first three minutes of the contest. A layup from

Helene Cowan free throws gave SHU a 10-5 lead with 4:29 to play. Gannon then went on a 10-1 run as they took a 15-11 lead with 1:50 to play. Gannon led 17-13 after one period.
Two
Christiane Frye free throws cut the lead to three at 23-20 with 6:06 to play. Gannon then built their lead to as many as eleven before taking a 33-24 lead into the halftime break.
In the third quarter, the Golden Knights were able to increase their lead throughout and led 60-43 after three.
Frye led SHU with 19 points.
Helene Cowan added 15 points.
Seton Hill will travel to #3 CalU for the first round of the PSAC Tournsment on Monday evening at 6 PM.
