Seton Hill continued PSAC West play on Wednesday afternoon as they made the trip to Lock Haven for a matchup with the Bald Eagles.

The Griffins jumped out to a 12-1 halftime lead and cruised to a 16-4 victory over Lock Haven. The Griffins have now won five in a row and is 7-3 overall and 5-0 in the PSAC West.Â

Less than a minute into the contest,
Grace Agnello gave the Griffins a 1-0 lead. Just over a minute later,
Skylar Orlowski increased the lead to 2-0.Â
Elizabeth Tamasitis and
Carleigh Sutfin scored thirty seconds apart as SHU took a 4-0 lead with 7:31 to play in the first quarter. After a Lock Haven goal, Sutfin scored her second of the quarter that gave SHU a 5-1 lead after one quarter of play.

The second quarter was all Seton Hill as they outscored the Bald Eagles by a 7-0 margin. Orlowski scored two goals 26 seconds apart to begin the scoring for the Griffins.Â
Hannah Thompson scored to extend the SHU lead to 8-1 with 11:52 left.Â
Ella Wroblewski, Orlowski and Sutfin scored as SHU put the running clock into effect at the 2:44 mark of the quarter with an 11-1 lead.Â
Brooklyn Miller closed out the scoring in the quarter with a goal with 37 seconds to go before the half.Â

Lock Haven cut the lead back to ten with a goal with 12:16 to play in the third but
Piper Conlan and Orlwoski scored over the final seven minutes to give SHU a 14-2 lead heading into the fourth quarter.Â

Sutfin and
Mila Udovicic scored in the first three minutes of the fourth quarter to close out the scoring for the Griffins.Â

Orlowski led SHU with five goals and an assist. Sutfin added three goals and an assist. Thompson finished with two goals. Udovivic and Tamasits added a goal and two assists. Conlan had a goal and assist.Â
Kyleigh Hessian made seven saves in cage.

SHU will host Indiana (PA) next Wednesday in an important PSAC West contest.Â
