Box Score The Griffin men's lacrosse team kicked off their 2023 season with their Great Midwest Athletic Conference opener when they traveled to Philippi, WV for a G-MAC matchup with Alderson Broaddus.  

Seton Hill jumped out to a 14-2 halftime lead and cruised to a 25-4 victory over the Battlers.  

SHU took a 9-1 lead after the first quarter of play.  The Griffins then outscored the Battlers 5-1 in the second quarter as they built a 14-2 halftime lead.  

The third quarter was all Seton Hill as they outscored AB by a 7-0 margin.  SHU then outscored AB 4-2 in the fourth quarter.  

Connor Zostant led the Griffins with six points on three goals and three assists.  Cole Bordo had a game high four goals.  Demetri Yerou finished with two goals and three assists.  Noah VandeWater and Gavin Erickson each finished with three goals.  Grady Arnold finished with two goals and an assist.  Nate Herbster scored twice.  

The Griffins will play their home opener next Saturday when they host UIndy.
