The Griffin women's soccer team closed out the regular season and made final preps for the PSAC Postseason with a road contest at Edinboro on Friday afternoon.
Edinboro scored twice in the second half to break a 1-1 tie and defeat the Griffins by the score of 3-1.
The Fighting Scots scored the only goal of the first half as they took a 1-0 lead into the halftime break.
Corynna Rotoli tied the score at one with a goal 18 minutes into the second half. Jamie Kallet assisted on the goal. The Scots then scored twice to earn the win.
The Griffins will begin PSAC Postseason play on Monday afternoon at 3 PM when they travel to Mercyhurst for the PSAC Quarterfinals.
