Seton Hill hosted Pitt Johnstown in a PSAC West matchup on Wednesday afternoon at DSG Field in Greensburg.
Pitt Johnstown scored a first half goal and the Griffins answered with a second half goal for a 1-1 tie. SHU is now 2-3-1 in the west while Pitt Johnstown is now 1-4-1. Â
UPJ took a 1-0 lead in the 32nd minute of the first half. The Mountain Cats held the 1-0 lead at the half. UPJ outshot the Griffins 6-5 in the first half. The Griffins had four corner kicks to one for UPJ. Â
With a little under twelve minutes left in the contest, the Griffins tied the score at one on a goal from
Joseph Spencer.Â
Julian Marker assisted on the goal. Â
Aidan Hollander recorded five saves in cage.
The Griffins will travel to #19 Mercyhurst on Saturday afternoon.
