Seton Hill continued PSAC West play on Wednesday afternoon with a road trip to Indiana (PA).
The Griffins were able to run their winning streak to three with a 1-0 win over the Crimson Hawks. SHU is now 6-1-3 overall and 4-1-3 in the west while IUP drops to 2-2-4 overall and 2-2-4 in the west.
Neither team was able to crack the scoreboard in the first half. The Griffins had two shots in the half to just one for IUP. IUP had two corners to just one for the Griffins.
Just over 15 minutes into the second half, the Griffins were able to take a 1-0 lead.
Jessica Molitoris finished a pass on a corner kick from
Mikayla Moyer to give the Griffins a lead.
Both teams finished with six shots in the contest. IUP had five corner kicks to four for the Griffins.
Grace Kenyon posted four saves in the second half in the shutout win.
Alianna Resch had two shots to lead the Griffins.
SHU will host Slippery Rock on Saturday afternoon.
