Men's Soccer Drops Non Conference Matchup at Frostburg State

The Griffins continued non conference play on Wednesday evening when they took on Frostburg State under the lights in Frostburg, MD.  

The Bobcats scored goals in both halves in route to a 2-1 victory over the Griffins. 

Frostburg State took advantage of a hand ball in the box as they took a 1-0 lead on a penalty kick with just over seven minutes to play in the first half.  The Bobcats took the 1-0 lead into the halftime break.  FSU held a 5-3 advantage in shots in the half and both teams registered two corners in the half.  

Just over three minutes into the second half, the Bobcats extended their lead to 2-0.  Elias Mobrin cut the Bobcats lead in half with a goal on a header with just under 35 minutes to play in the second half.  Anthony Panko assisted on the goal.  

Seton Hill outshot Frostburg State 11-10 in the contest.  Frostburg held a 6-5 advantage in corner kicks in the match.  

Bobby White finished with three saves in net.  Cai Pritchard had four shots for the Griffins while Eric Solomon added two.  

Seton Hill will continue non conference play on Sunday afternoon when they host Notre Dame (OH).
