The Seton Hill men's soccer team continued non conference play on Sunday afternoon with a matchup with the University of the District of Columbia in Washington, DC.
SHU scored the first goal but the Firebirds scored the next three and were able to hang on for a 3-2 win over the Griffins. SHU drops to 0-2 on the season.
The Griffins took a 1-0 lead in the 11th minute of the contest on a goal from
Fletcher Amos.
Cai Pritchard and
Luc Holden assisted on the opening goal. UDC then scored the final two goals of the half to take a 2-1 lead into the halftime break.
The Firebirds extended their lead to 3-1 in the second half. SHU trimmed the deficit back to one with 17 minutes to play on a goal from Pritchard.

The Griffins will return to action on Wednesday evening with another road non conference matchup, this one at Frostburg State.
