Seton Hill ended their spring break trip in Florida with an early morning matchup with Augustana at the Lake Myrtle Complex in Auburndale, Florida.

When rains came in the bottom of the sixth inning, the game was called with the score tied at two and the game was called a tie. SHU is now 7-4-1 on the season while the Vikings are 8-3-1.

The Griffins broke through first in the second inning when after one out,
Vincenzo Rauso,
Isaiah DiAndreth and
Neal McDermott all singled to load the bases.Â
Nate Dorinsky then came through with a two out RBI single to give the Griffins a 1-0 lead.Â

Augustana added two runs in the top of the third inning to take a 2-1 lead over the Griffins.Â

SHU tied the score at two in the fourth inning. DiAndreth singled and moved to second on a wild pitch. He later advanced to third and scored on a two out RBI single from Dorinsky.Â

SHU will host Walsh on Wednesday afternoon in a single nine inning contest. Â
