Women's Soccer Clinches PSAC Postseason Spot

Seton Hill made the short trip to Johnstown, PA for a Saturday afternoon PSAC West matchup with the Mountain Cats.

The Griffins scored a late goal in a 2-1 victory over UPJ.  Seton Hill is now 8-2-6 overall and 6-2-6 in the PSAC West.

With the victory, the Griffins have clinched a spot in the PSAC Postseason Tournament.  SHU is currently in third place with 24 points.  Mercyhurst is in second place with 28 points.  Seton Hill has two games to play while the Lakers play Gannon in their final contest.

The Griffins held the 1-0 lead until the 83rd minute when UPJ tied the score at one with a goal.  The game did not remain tied long as Seton Hill retook the lead with 1:35 left in regulation on a Mikayla Moyer goal.  Leah Policarpio assisted on the goal.
