Seton Hill continued PSAC West play as they traveled to Johnstown, PA for a matchup with the Mountain Cats.
The Griffins broke a 1-1 tie at the half with two second half goals for a 3-1 win over UPJ. SHU has now won four in a row. Seton Hill is 4-1-1 in PSAC West play.
Anton Dupont Linden opened the scoring just 6:08 into the contest.
Archie Lock assisted on the goal for the Griffins. UPJ tied the game at one with a goal with 28 seconds to play before the half.
Seton Hill outshot the Mountain Cats 12-7 in the half.
Just over 15 minutes into the second half, the Griffins took the lead on a
Joseph Spencer goal. Lock assisted on the second goal as well. Twelve minutes later Spencer scored his second goal of the contest.
George Demetriades and
Luc Holden assisted on the goal.
Bobby White finished with four saves in net in the win.
The Griffins will host Gannon in a PSAC West contest on Saturday.
