Seton Hill closed out their weekend against a pair of schools from the Erie area as they hosted Gannon on Saturday afternoon.
The Golden Knights were able to sweep the Griffins to improve to 12-4 overall and 6-0 in the PSAC West. The Griffins fall to 10-7 overall and 1-5 in the west. Â
Gannon opened the match with a 25-18 win in the first set of the match. They took a 2-0 lead over the Griffins with a 25-20 second set win. The Golden Knights closed out the match with a 25-15 win in the third set. Â
Paige Cole led the Griffins with seven kills.Â
Kaitlyn Lipps finished with four kills.Â
Abby Oesterling paced the offense with 13 assists.Â
Elizabeth Kolkowski led SHU with three blocks.Â
Carrie Leazer had 12 digs to lead the Griffins while
Riley Rock added 10. Â
Seton Hill will return to action next Friday evening when they host California (PA).Â
