Seton Hill hosted top ten ranked Kutztown on Saturday afternoon in a PSAC contest. SHU held the Golden Bears scoreless in the first half but #7 KU scored four times in the second half in a 4-1 win.
Neither team was able to find the scoreboard in the first half as the teams played to a scoreless halftime.
Shannon Mccormac finished with 10 saves in cage for SHU in the half.
Kutztown found the back of the net three times in the third quarter as they built their lead to 3-0.
SHU trimmed the lead to 3-1 on a
Maeve Robillard goal off a pass from
Jade Taylor with just over five minutes to play. KU added a fourth goal late.
Mccormac finished with 15 saves.
SHU will travel to Frostburg State on Tuesday evening.
