Seton Hill made the trip up Interstate 79 to Erie for a PSAC West road matchup with Mercyhurst on Wednesday afternoon. The Lakers scored twice in each half in route to a 4-0 win over the Griffins.
It did not take the Lakers long to get on the scoreboard as they scored just 41 seconds into the contest as they took a 1-0 lead. In the 16th minute, the Lakers increased their lead to 2-0. Mercyhurst took the 2-0 lead into the halftime break.
Mercyhurst scored three minutes apart in the second half as they built their lead to 4-0.
Grace Kenyon finished the game with three saves.
Seton Hill will travel to Indiana (PA) for another PSAC West contest on Saturday at 11:30 AM.
