GREENSBURG. - A strong second-half effort could not overcome a slow start as the Seton Hill University men's basketball team fell to PSAC East leading Shippensburg, 73-57, Sunday afternoon inside the Katherine Mabis McKenna Center.

• Seton Hill falls to 2-12, 1-10 PSAC on the year.
• Shippensburg improves to 14-3 overall, 10-1 in the PSAC.
// INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
• The Griffins' struggled out of the gate, making just 3-of-24 shots from the floor for 14 points in the first half. SHU would have a better second half, shooting 16-for-30 on their way to outscoring the Raiders 43-37, but it wasn't enough to overcome their first half deficit.
• Nathan Davis led the Griffs with 14 points and a team-high seven rebounds. Marrek Paola scored 12 points.
• Shippensburg had five players all score 11 points.
