Seton Hill continued PSAC West play on Wednesday afternoon with a road contest at Slippery Rock.
Seton Hill battle back to tie the contest at one at the half but the Rock scored three consecutive goals in the second half for a 4-1 win over the Griffins. SHU falls to 1-3 overall and 1-1 in PSAC Western Division play.Â
The first half was played tightly with neither team being able to strike until late in the half. The Rock got on the board first with a strike in the 39th minute of the contest to take a 1-0 lead. Seton Hill answered right back less than three minutes later when

Katie Kimmich down the right side of the field. Kimmich fired a shot off the left post into the net. Seton Hill and the Rock entered the halftime break tied at one.Â
Just over three minutes into the second half, the Rock took a 2-1 lead. The Rock increased their lead to 3-1 with a goal in the 58th minute. SRU scored their final goal in the 65th minute for a 4-1 lead.Â
Italia Biondi led the Griffins with 3 shots.Â

Elyza Pilatowski-Herzing finished with 9 saves.Â
SHU returns to action on Saturday when they host Pitt Johnstown.
