Griffins Rally for Win over LeMoyne

Seton Hill kicked off a weekend of baseball with a nine inning matchup with LeMoyne on Friday afternoon.  SHU rallied from down 7-1, scoring eight runs in its final four at bats for a 9-8 win.  SHU is now 6-7 on the season.
 
LeMoyne took a 1-0 lead over the Griffins in the top of the second inning.  SHU responded with a run in their half of the second to tie the game at one.  Parker Denny led off with a double and scored on an Austin Braendel single. 
 
The Dolphins added two more runs in the top of the second to take a 3-1 lead.  They added three more runs in the fourth to push their lead to 6-1. 
 
Seton Hill got back into the game with three runs in their half of the fifth.  Isaiah DiAndreth singled in two runs and Ryan Grieco added a bases loaded walk to cut the lead to 7-4. 
 
SHU tied the game in the sixth.  Andrew Chuba and Nick Stotler each singled.  They both scored on a DiAndreth single.  DiAndreth then scored to tie the game on a Chris Law triple. 
 
Jordan Fiedor's solo homer with one out in the seventh gave the Griffins an 8-7 lead. 
 
SHU added an insurance run in the eighth.  With two outs, Colton Carney doubled and scored on a Fiedor single. 
 
Nick Stotler led the offense with 4 hits.  Andrew Chuba added 3 hits.  Jordan Fiedor, Tommy Pellis, Parker Denny and Isaiah DiAndreth with 2 hits each.   DiAndreth finished with 4 RBI.
 
Nicholas Behm earned the win in relief.  Christian Seelhorst earned his first save. 
 
SHU returns to action on Saturday when they will meet both Millersville and LeMoyne.
