GREENSBURG - The Seton Hill University field hockey team fell at the hands of No. 2 East Stroudsburg, 6-0, in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action Saturday afternoon at Dick's Sporting Goods Field.
// NOTABLES
• Seniors Rachael Cobo, Molly Carbone, Nicole Susi, Wynnsome Gadson, and Elizabeth Armbruster were honored prior to the match.
• Armbruster had a season-high 13 saves.
// HOW IT HAPPENED
• East Stroudsburg got the game started with two quick goals at 3:27 and 9:09 in the first, but the Seton Hill defense held the number 2 ranked team in the country scoreless the rest of the way through halftime. SHU did have a chance to cut the deficit in half, but a shot by Colleen Roy towards the end of the first quarter was saved by ESU's Maddie Richie. It was all ESU in the second half as they would go on to score three more in the third and add another in the fourth on their way to the 6-0 win.

• SHU will close out the season with a home match against Slippery Rock on Tuesday followed by an away match at Millersville on Saturday.
