Seton Hill headed to Slippery Rock to take on the Rock in a PSAC West doubleheader on Friday afternoon. SHU scored five times in the first inning and held on for a 5-4 win in game one. The Rock split the series with a 4-2 win in game two. SHU is now 13-11 overall and 5-5 in PSAC West play.
Seton Hill jumped on the Rock in the first inning, scoring five runs.
Brooke Bower led off the game reaching on an error.

Ashley Perillo walked to load the bases and then
Chelsea Rohan hit a grand slam to give the Griffins a 5-0 lead after a half inning.
The Rock scored twice in the fourth and fifth inning to cut the lead to 5-4 but SHU was able to hold on for the 5-4 win.
Chelsea Rohan went 3-4 with a grand slam and 4 RBI.
Paige Hertzog added an RBI double.
Devyn Terry earned the win in the circle, going the distance, giving up 2 earned runs while striking out two.
Slippery Rock took a 1-0 lead in the top of the first inning of game two. The Griffins tied the score in the fifth. Perillo led off the inning with a single. She moved to second on a sacrifice bunt by Rohan. Pinch hitter

The Rock retook the lead in the fifth with three runs.
SHU got one of those runs back in the sixth on an RBI single from Perillo.
Perillo led the Griffins with two hits in game two.
The Griffins will travel to Edinboro for a PSAC West doubleheader at 11 AM on Saturday.
