The Griffins played their final doubleheader of the Florida trip on Friday afternoon in Kissimmee, Florida.  Seton Hill was shutout in game one by the score of 4-0 to Wayne State.  The Griffins could not hold onto a 6-1 lead in game two against Minnesota Crookston and dropped both games on the day, falling 7-6 to the Eagles.  SHU is now 5-5 overall, going 2-5 so far on the Florida trip.

Wayne State used a Griffin error in each of the first two innings to score an unearned run in each inning and take a 2-0 lead over the Griffins.  The Warriors added a run in the fourth inning after two, two out hits to take a 3-0 lead over the Griffins.

The Warriors added another unearned run in the top of the sixth inning to push their lead to 4-0.

Seton Hill had a golden opportunity to get on the scoreboard in the sixth inning.  Tyler Sullivan led off with a bunt single.  He moved to third on a double down the left field line from Chris Law.  Two strikeouts and a ground out ended the inning, keeping the Griffins off the scoreboard.
