CALIFORNIA, PA. - Seton Hill University defeated California University of Pennsylvania, 3-1 (21-25, 25-15, 25-20, 25-23), inside Cal's Convention Center in PSAC women's volleyball action on Tuesday evening.

• Seton Hill improves to 19-8 (12-4 in PSAC).
• The win marks the second season in a row that the Griffins have swept the two regular season meetings between the two teams.
• Seton Hill has lost only 9 sets in the 11 matches played in the month of October. The Griffs finish the month with a 9-2 record.
// INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
• After falling in a close first set, 25-21, Seton Hill used a massive 17-0 run on their way to a 25-15 second set win. The momentum stayed with the Griffins as they emerged victorious in the third and fourth sets.
• Viktoria Farian improved on her PSAC Athlete of the Week honors with match-high 17 kills to go along with five (5) aces and 21 digs. Four of her aces came during the 17-0 run in the second set.
• Jillian Livorse had 15 kills while Hannah Moeller had a match-high 34 digs.
• Rachel Satira and Jessica Hanson combined for seven (7) blocks. Satira chipped in six (6) kills.
