GREENSBURG, Pa. - The Seton Hill University men's soccer team suffered a 3-0 setback at the hands of East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action on Sunday, October 22nd at Dick's Sporting Goods Field in Greensburg. Seniors

The loss drops the Griffins to 8-8-1 overall and 5-4-0 in the PSAC. The Warriors improve to 10-3-1 on the year including a 7-3 mark in conference play.
After a back-and-forth, scoreless first half, East Stroudsburg scored goals in the 48th, 51st, and the 73rd to take the 3-0 victory. For the match, East Stroudsburg outshot Seton Hill by a 14-10 margin, but the Warriors held a 7-1 advantage in the shots on goal category. ESU had three corner kicks with Seton Hill mustering only one. There were 22 fouls called in the match and six yellow cards were issued to various SHU players.
The Griffins, who have already cemented their place in the PSAC Tournament, will close out the regular season when they travel to PSAC leading West Chester University next Saturday, October 28th.
