SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. - The Seton Hill University Field Hockey team (0-3) was shutout on the Tuesday as the Griffins fell to Slippery Rock (2-1) on the road at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium on the campus of Slippery Rock University, 3-0.

Jane Eberhardt (Greencastle, PA) made seven saves in the game. Dominique Cappello (San Diego, CA) and Wynnsome Gadson (Wilmington, DE) had two shots on the day. Kayla Chapman (Salem, NJ) and Jaydyn Morrison (Greensburg, PA) each had one shot in the game, respectively. Chapman was also credited with two defensive saves.

For the game, the Griffins were outshot, 17-6. Slippery Rock held a 14-5 advantage in corners. 

Seton Hill will travel to Millersville, Pa to take on Millersville University on Saturday, September 10. That game is scheduled for 12:00 PM.
