BLOOMSBURG, PA -
Emily Fagan scored five goals in the second half as the Seton Hill University women's lacrosse team defeated Bloomsburg, 12-8, in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action on Saturday, April 2.
Seton Hill improves to 4-7 overall and 3-4 in the PSAC. Bloomsburg falls to 3-7 overall and 1-6 in PSAC play.
Emily Fagan, who has now eclipsed 200 goals for her collegiate career, led the Griffin attack with a game-high seven goals.
Renee Kania had three while
Katelyn Cressman and
Tristen Hanke added one apiece. Fagan, Kania, and
Charlotte Cunningham all had two assists in the game.
Meghan Hollar picked up the win with seven saves in all 60 minutes played in the net and improves to 4-of-7 on the season.
Kate Shea scored three goals to lead the Bloomsburg effort. Hannah Jasuta scored two. Nikki Fisher, Stephanie Hostrander, and Abby Nocito each added goals in the game. Abbey Burnett was given the loss.
Seton Hill returns to action on Wednesday, April 6th when they host Gannon University at Dick's Sporting Goods Field in Greensburg.
