Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Seton Hill continues its Spring Break trip in Clermont, FL with a double header against Lake Erie and Atlantic Region foe WV Wesleyan.  SHU gave up two runs in the bottom of the seventh and fell by a score of 5-4 in the opener to Lake Erie.  WV Wesleyan then defeated the Griffins by a 8-0 score.  SHU drops to 1-3 overall on the year.

Lake Erie took a 2-0 lead in the bottom half of the first inning on a two run homer.  SHU tied the score in the top of the second inning.  Abbey Suhoski singled with one out and then scored when Abbie Thrower hit her first homer of her college career to tie the score at two.  The Storm retook the lead with a run in the bottom of the second inning.  The Griffins tied the score in the top of the fourth.  Suhoski singled with one out.  Shannon Horan ran for Suhoski and scored when Thrower reached on an error.  Seton Hill took the lead in the top of the sixth inning.  Carlee Wickstrom led off the inning with a single.  She moved to second on a sacrifice bunt from Ashley Perillo.  After a strikout, Paige Hertzog doubled in Wickstrom to give SHU a 4-3 lead.  The Storm then won the game in the seventh.  They opened the inning with a pinch hit single.  SHU then got two outs on a sacrifice bunt and a fly out.  LEC loaded the bases with a walk and a single and then won the game with a 2 RBI walk off single.

Abbey Suhoski led the Griffins with two hits.

SHU returns to action on Tuesday when they take on Kentucky Wesleyan and the University of Findlay in Clermont, FL.
