Box Score 2 Seton Hill made the short trip to Indiana, PA to take on the Crimson Hawks in PSAC West action and looked to extend their 12 game winning streak. The Griffins used late inning offense to extend their winning streak to 14 with a sweep of Indiana. SHU scored 8 runs over the final two innings in route to a 13-4, 6 inning game one win. The Griffins then scored 9 runs over the final 3 innings of game two for a 12-6 win. SHU is now 29-8-1 overall and 21-6-1 in PSAC West play.
Indiana jumped on the Griffins for three runs in the bottom of the first inning of game one. SHU got two runs back in the top of the second.
Lauren Sauerwein walked with 1 out and scored when
Kaitlyn Kutchman doubled. After a groundout,
Paige Hertzog singled to drive in Kutchman. The Crimson Hawks hit a solo homer to increase their lead to 4-2 in the second. SHU scored a run after two outs in the third.
Ashley Perillo doubled and scored when Sauerwein singled. Seton Hill took the lead in the fourth.
Delaney Cortazzo drew a two out walk. She stole second and scored when
Carlee Wickstrom singled.
Christine Henderson then singled in Wickstrrom to give SHU a 5-4 advantage. The Griffins added 3 more runs in the fifth. Kutchman hit a solo homer with one out in the fifth. Cortazzo and Wickstrom also picked up RBIs in the inning. The Griffins busted the game open in the sixth and envoked the mercy rule. Kutchman and Hertzog each picked up two RBIs and
Victoria Stock drove in the 13th run.
Christine Henderson earned her 11th victory in the circle.

Carlee Wickstrom doubled to lead off game two and scored on a wild pitch to give the Griffins a 1-0 lead. In the second,
Kaitlyn Kutchman doubled and
Kristina Torretti was hit by a pitch.
Delaney Cortazzo doubled to right to score Kutchman and Torretti and give the Griffins a 3-0 lead. IUP got a run back in the bottom of the second. The Crimson Hawks retook the lead in the third with 3 runs. A two run homer gave the Crimson Hawks a 6-3 lead after the fourth inning. SHU scored 7 runs in the top of the fifth to retake the lead for good.
Victoria Stock doubled to lead off the inning.
Christine Henderson followed with a single.
Ashley Perillo singled to score Stock. Kutchman singled to load the bases.
Paige Hertzog tied the score at 6 with a 2 RBI single. Wickstrom then came up to the plate with the bases loaded and gave SHU a 10-6 lead with a grand slam to right field. RBI doubles from Perillo and
Jacqui Palmer increased the SHU lead to 12-6 in the sixth.
Kaitlyn Kutchman earned the win in relief. She went 4 innings, giving up 2 runs on 3 hits. Kutchman led the offense with 3 hits.

SHU returns to action on Friday when they travel to Mercyhurst for a PSAC West doubleheader.
