Box Score The Seton Hill men's lacrosse team moved up in the rankings to No. 5 in the
USILA Coach's Poll after beating previously No.1 Lake Erie Storm 12-11 on Saturday afternoon. This is the highest the Griffins have been ranked in the 2015 season.
Cody Golon was awarded the ECAC Offensive Player of the Week as he led the Griffins with three goals in the win over No. 1 Lake Erie on Saturday. Golon's third goal tied the game at 11 with 36 seconds remaining in regulation. The Pittsburgh native has 13 goals and 4 assists on the season with a shooting percentage of .591.
Anthony Peluso was named the Lacrosse Magazine's Player of the Week and the ECAC Specialist of the Week. The junior won 18-of-24 faceoffs against Lake Erie on Saturday. Along with dominance at the face-off x, Peluso made the winning effort to assist Zach Rusch for the game winner with 20 seconds left in the game. It was Peluso's first assist of the season.
