The Marauders built their lead back up to four points in the third quarter before a three from Wells cut the lead back to 38-37 with 6:55 left in the quarter.  After Hannah Laslo hit a layin to trim the lead to 42-41, Millersville went on an 11-4 run to extend their lead to 53-45 late in the quarter.  Two free throws from Obiefule and Jharrin Gill trimmed the Marauder lead to 53-49 at the end of the third quarter.

Laslo hit a layin that cut the MU lead to 59-56 with 5:43 to play in the game.  SHU would not score again until the 18 second mark on a basket from Alexandra Hay but the Marauders led by a 66-58 score at that point and earned the 67-58 victory.
