Kameron Taylor surpassed the 1,000 career point mark and
Trevor Blondin scored a season-high 30 points as Seton Hill Univeristy dominated Millersville, 92-77, in men's basketball action on Friday evening.
Seton Hill University is now 2-5 overall and 1-3 in the PSAC. Millersville drops to 2-6 overall and 2-3 in the PSAC.
The Griffins, who led the entire 40 minutes of the contest, shot a season-high 58.3% (35-60) from the field and were 6-of-13 from beyond the arc. Seton Hill shot 16-of-21 from the line and had a season-high 15 steals on the night. SHU dominated in the paint for 48 points compared to 28 for Millersville. The Griffins also held a substancial 14-5 advantage in second chance points.
Blondin paced SHU with 30 points on 10-of-15 shooting, including 4-6 from distance and 6-of-8 from the free-throw line.
Kameron Taylor scored 21 points on 8-of-18 shooting and surpassed 1,000 total points in his career at Seton Hill University.
Brandon Alston netted a season-high 11 points in the game.
Millersville was led by Ricky Mosley's 25 point performance. Ryan Beck came away with 15 points and Shawn Williams added 10 points as the Marauders dropped their 5th game in a row.
Seton Hill returns to action on Saturday when they travel to Shippensburg University for a 4:00 PM tip-off. Ship is 4-4 (1-4 PSAC) on the season. Live Stats will be available
